Since our 2007 introduction, More Than A Teacher has been the fastest-growing test prep company in the DFW metroplex. Locally owned and operated, we genuinely care about seeing area students succeed. We're committed to offering quality service: more effective curriculum, unrivaled customer service, and better teachers and tutors – all at a price that is significantly less than other companies charge. What We Do

We offer a number of programs for both individual students and schools/districts. From private subject tutoring to help your student ace their Pre-Cal final to in-school prep for the PSAT, SAT, and ACT, we've got a program that will fit your needs. 

How We're Different

Students, parents, and administrators are busy, and your life doesn't need to revolve around a prep program. Don't be fooled by long-term programs that cost thousands of dollars or expensive private tutors that promise that only they have the secrets to the test. We see larger average score increases than any other program in town. Why? Because we focus on straightforward, real-world strategies that students can actually use on test day.
"Standardized Test Preparation" isn't an extracurricular activity you can put on a college application, and you don't need to spend hundreds of hours to see real results. Our curriculum gets students the prep they need for test day, then lets them get back to their lives.

Spring SAT Prep Class - In-Person A Day Schedule

Carroll Senior High is offering an on-campus SAT prep class that meets during 4th period (for students who have an off-block or free period at that time) on A-Days in preparation for the March 6th SAT. The course is open to juniors only, and will be provided by More Than a Teacher test prep.

PLEASE NOTE: as opposed to the March 6th SAT, which is being offered to all Carroll ISD juniors during the school day, students must register for the April 13th ACT here: www.act.org if they want to take the test.
